ABOUT CASEY
Writer. Mother. Founder
Casey Keen is an author, maternal health advocate, and the founder of Perinatal Education & Advocacy. Her memoir, The Alchemy of Motherhood (Cynren Press, 2026), blends personal story with research to examine birth trauma, postpartum mental health, and the gaps in maternity care that leave women unsupported.
Her writing on maternal health has appeared in Undark, The Philadelphia Inquirer and Public Health Post. She holds a BS in Psychology from Drexel University and an MS in Forensic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
On the fiction side, Casey writes the Anna Wolfe paranormal romance series, full of magic, mystery and romance, and is at work on her next novel.
